As DC's first Microsoft-focused MSP, we built our entire practice around Microsoft's enterprise stack: Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams, Defender, Intune, and more. This focus allows us to deliver deeper expertise and better outcomes than generalist providers.

David founded Vortex in 2019 with one goal: to provide clients with the most agile customer service experience in the IT industry. With 15+ years as a seasoned IT, sales, and technical solutions executive, his leadership style permeates every client relationship — resulting in a 100% customer satisfaction rating year after year.
Matt Wheeler
Chief Technology Officer
Matt is one of Vortex's co-founders and serves as CTO. A Microsoft Maestro with 15+ years across the full MS stack — Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, Dynamics, and beyond — he blends acute listening with agile execution and genuine compassion, treating each client challenge as if it were his own.
